What You'll Need
3.25mm Needles
4mm Needles
100g DK (Light Worsted Weight) Yarn
Stitch holder
Stitch Markers


Back


With your 3.25mm needles cast on 66 sts

Rows 1-8 Rib K2, P2

Change to 4mm needles and complete a stockinette stitch until the whole sweater measure 14cm (5.5 inches) Make sure your last row was a purl row.


Armholes

Row 1 K2tog, Knit to the last 2 sts, K2tog (64)
Row 2 P2tog, Purl to the last 2 sts, P2tog (62)
Row 3 K2tog, Knit to the last 2 sts, K2tog (60)
Row 4 P2tog, Purl to the last 2 sts, P2tog (58)
Row 5 K2tog, Knit to the last 2 sts, K2tog (56)

Continue without anymore decreases in  stockinette stitch until armholes measure 10 cm (4 inches). Make sure your last row was a purl row.

Shoulder Shaping

Row 1 Cast off 8 sts, Knit to end of row (48)
Row 2 Cast off 8 sts, Purl to end of row (40)
Row 3 Cast off 8 sts, Knit to end of row (32)
Row 4 Cast off 8 sts, Purl to end of row (24)

Cast off the remaining 24 sts


Front


With your 3.25mm needles cast on 66 sts

Rows 1-8 Rib K2, P2

Finishing touches


Join the left shoulder seam and attach the neckband. Sew up right shoulder seam. Fold sleeves in half length ways and sew to the arm holes. Sew sides and sleeves seams.
