Row 1 (RS) K4 *(P4, K4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 2 P4 *(K4, P4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 3 K4 *(P4, K4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 4 P4 *(K4, P4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 5 P4 *(K4, P4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 6 K4 *(P4, K4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 7 P4 *(K4, P4). Repeat from* to end of row
Row 8 K4 *(P4, K4). Repeat from* to end of row


Repeat rows 1 to 8 until you reach your desired length.
