Abbreviations
Left Cable - Slip 3sts on a cable needle and leave in front, knit the next 3 sts, knit the 3 sts on the cable needle.
Kfb - Knit st though the front like normal, then through the back
Pfb - Purl st through the front like normal, then through the back
pm - Place Marker
sm - Slip Marker
(RS) - Right Side of work

Remove Markers.
Rib K2, P2 for 7.5 cm (3'')
Cast off in rib and leave a long tail.

Fold the booties in half, inside out. Holding the edges together sew it up. Cut and weave in the ends and turn right way round.
